On Hunter:
One word: Schmiddies.

On Kirribilli:
Quite possibly my favourite pub in Sydney, it's the local after work for me and my friends on a Friday arvo. Very comfortable if you can snag a corner downstairs. The beer is good and reasonably priced and they even bring around trays of nibbles. I can't see myself ever stop drinking there

On Lord Wolseley:
I've been here on a couple of occasions and thoroughly enoyed it. Aparently it is also the narrowest pub in Sydney

On Glasgow Arms:
An oasis of calm on one of the most frenetic pub crawls I've ever been on. Definitely somewhere to stop for a relaxing beer.

On Jackson's On George:
I used to drink here on Friday nights after work. Forget the upstairs, the beer conoisseur would do well to get a spot in the George Street Bar. With 105 beers from such diverse places as Jamaica, Poland and PNG, what's not to love? Well, one thing: the crowds. If there's a major sporting event on, forget it.
