Guest Review (19 Jun 2005)

I love The Royal Oak, its a friendly upmarket Pub.  The renovations are great, the back bar does have a sporting theme but beyond that is the new "Jelly Bean Room" which has thick relaxing sofas, a pool table and bi-fold doors that let the outside in.  The food is good and the staff are always accomodating.  Wankers....oh I've experienced them everywhere , not just at this place!!

Oh ....and by the way, they have the best loos in town!

i love the rennovations, it's got a great classy feel. the crowd is fun but could be younger if the word got out, beer garden and staff also exceptional. ten thumbs up!

Formerly had the most beautiful bar in Sydney. Polished red cedar. Unfortunately, now its been ripped out and replaced by a shite trendy cafe. The back bar is strictly for horse racing fans. AVOID!
