smoothy from shireMonica sounds like a north shore SNOB to me. Perhaps she caught the wrong bus?!20 Jun 2006
David from where2sing.comMonica obviously had an entirely different experience from mine - been there twice to karaoke, held in a really nice restaurant, felt a little up-market but the prices were weren't, got a beer from the public bar and was rteated very well, entrance and stairway is not that impressive, but the place is very nice inside, plenty of comfy seating. There are pictures on the pub;s website that show what it's like http://www.orchardtavern.com.au (and menu prices etc)22 Apr 2004
Monica from MosmanThe place is an absolute dump filled with prentious lower class citzens. When I went there I felt very cheap and very dirty. Definitly a no no for anyone who wants to maintain a social life.3 Feb 2004
justgeoff from sydenhamThe only "REAL" pub left in Chatswood. The bistro seems out of place as the food is 5 star quality. Summer afternoons in the beer garden is where u will find me.19 Jan 2004
aschu from the forestI think that the Orchard is the greatest pub on the North Shore. No upturned collars, ethnics or funboys- just moderately price draught beer and reasonable pokies17 Sep 2003
FishWonder from PymbleAhh the Orchard. Where to go when all the other locals are closed, you couldn't be arsed going to the city and you feel the need to drink to the point of vomiting at 6:00am. 7 Aug 2003
